You have always been able to multitask. At work and in your personal life, everything runs the way you want it to. You meet your own expectations but also the expectations of people around you. Over time, however, you notice that things are getting harder and harder, or it suddenly overwhelms you! This can happen to you at a young age, but it can also happen later in life. You seem to get stuck in the web of expectations. Expectations that others have of you but also expectations that you have imposed on yourself.
You experience more and more stress on all fronts. You feel worse and worse in your own skin. Not only mentally but also physically. Your body and mind feel tired and sometimes even exhausted, much more often than usual. This affects your exercises, doing sports and nutrition. The energy you have left is too little to take good care of yourself and those around you. You know it, you feel it but you can't manage to do anything about it. You realize that there is a deeper cause of the situation you have found yourself in, but you don't know what.
You are no longer good at making clear choices for yourself. "Where should I start; what is really important to me". Very recognizable symptoms that tell you that you have to do something to break through and to solve that. It is time to start working on yourself. Physically and mentally. Not only with your mind but also with your body.
To get out of that tangle of choices and uncertainties, to break that negative spiral, I can help you as a coach and trainer. How? By first mapping out your situation. From there you determine your own goals. What is important to you, what are your choices, where do you want to go, where do you want to be in a while. What do you want to do differently and what does that look like?
Then we get to work with personal training sessions and life coach sessions. You then work on both your physical and mental condition. Personal training can be done once or several times a week. Life coach sessions in the beginning for example weekly and after some time twice a month or monthly until you reach your goals.
And in addition, there can be a focus on healthier and more conscious eating. As a nutrition coach, I help you on your way to a better diet. You learn to make better choices, add healthy foods to your diet, choose the right amounts and make everything more balanced.
Through this "total approach" you will discover step by step what you really want, what is important to you, where your priorities lie and you will feel better in your own skin, both literally and figuratively. Together we will learn what you need to regain control of your life, what works and what does not work for and in your personal situation. With this, you will be able to return to a life full of self-confidence and joy!
